All-out high speed at The Rock
Drivers will rev-up their engines and hotfoot around the 400m tar oval with the Rock Raceway set to host a variety of oval disciplines on Saturday, May 10.
Adrenaline-rushing high speed action from Formula N circuit cars will keep onlookers riveted to their seats as saloon drivers jostle for top positions around the tricky race circuit.
V8 action also promises to entertain those who relish in the brutal roars of V8 units.
Action from the Balbi Super Midget cars will also feature on the day’s racing menu.
BiCars TV will be on hand to film the proceedings.
Racing fans are urged to go and support their favourite drivers and vehicle manufacturers by wearing their respective racing gear.
On Sunday
The raceway will also host robot-to-robot street drags on Sunday evening, May 11. Bring your daily drive along and see who you can take on down the 1/8 mile (400m) strip.
Pick your own race and away you go, there will be no timing equipment involved, just good old fashioned heads-up racing.
All this will be done in a safe environment with officials and medical staff on hand. DJ Rock will keep the music pumping and upbeat.
Gates open at 2pm with racing set for a 3pm start.
Sufficient food and refreshments will be on sale at the circuit on both days.
