Boksburg face TUT in Assupol League opener
All of Boksburg’s Rugby Club sides bar the Community Cup team will take to the PG Park grounds for the club’s Assupol League opener against Tshwane University of Pretoria on Saturday, March 8.
This will be a week after the tournament’s inception.
The first session matches, which will see the u-21 and third team squads in action, will kick-off at 1.15pm on the A and B grounds respectively, with the second session matches starting at 2.40pm, during which the u-19 and second team squads will take to the field.
With the start of the matches scheduled for the afternoon, supporters can come early to witness all of the rugby action.
The club’s senior side will be in Limpopo to kick-off their Community Cup campaign against BB Truck Noordelikes, with the match scheduled to start at 4.30pm.
They will then return home to prepare for their crunching local derby showdown against last year’s third place finishers Brakpan at the Bosman Stadium on Thursday, March 20.
