Ekurhuleni finish in top five at junior chess championships
The Ekurhuleni U-16 chess team finished fourth in the South African Junior Chess Championships, which were held in Durban in mid-December last year.

The team, which comprised of 10 members, finished behind Tshwane (1), KwaZulu-Natal (2) and Nelson Mandela Bay (3).
In the 10, three of its members are from Boksburg.
They are Etienne du Toit, Richardt Rautenbach (both from Hoerskool Oosterlig) and Charl Ehlers, who is from Hoërskool EG Jansen.
They were managed by Marius Smit.
