Boksburg SPCA inspectors hard at work during lockdown

Inspectors have been criss-crossing the city checking on animals to see if they are still being cared for and fed.

It’s work as usual for Boksburg SPCA inspectors, who have been hard at work since the lockdown started on March 27.

Inspectors Thabang Mabasa and Hope Makalapa have been checking on animals around Boksburg to see if they are still being cared for and fed.

According to Boksburg SPCA manager Vicky Finnemore, so far they have inspected the Bokkie Park, pet shops and security companies where there are dogs.

To donate to the SPCA during lockdown, you can transfer money to their bank account (Absa, Boksburg SPCA, account number 404 6388 139, branch code 632005, ref: Covid-19).
