In Parkrand, robbers entered a residential house on Fairbridge Street and tied the home owners up before stealing valuable items and money on November 28.
One of the victims told police as he was locking the door at about 7pm, two men, described as black males, pushed the door open and went for his throat before dragging him into ones of the rooms where his wife was.
They were both tied up before the thieves ransacked the house.
