R27 000 raised so far for SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund

The aim of the Christmas Cheer Fund is to raise money to cater for all the furry friends that need to be fed and supported over the Christmas season.

To be part of the Boksburg SPCA Cheer Fund, simply visit or contact the SPCA with your donation, write your name, amount donated and message (optional) in the Cheer Fund book and keep an eye in the Boksburg Advertiser to see your name appear on our platforms. The Boksburg SPCA Cheer Fund is slowly gaining momentum with R27 000 raised so far.

The local SPCA is still appealing to individuals and companies to donate towards the Christmas Cheer Fund.

These are the latest donations received: Peter R5000 ( Aimee and Kiro).

Donations can be dropped off at the society’s premises, Railway Street, Boksburg, or by depositing money into the bank account: Boksburg SPCA, Absa Bank, Eastlands Branch 630442, account number 4046388139.

Beneficiary reference: Christmas Cheer Fund and your name/anonymous. Fax a copy of your proof of payment to 011 916 5908.

Also, email the proof of payment, with your short message to ntombis@caxton.co.za, so that all sponsors, whether individuals, schools, organisations or businesses, can be recognised in the Advertiser.
