A number of vehicles stolen in Boksburg
Below are some of the crimes of theft recently reported to the Boksburg police:
• A Toyota RunX was stolen while parked in Leeuwpoort Street, Boksburg CBD on August 21. The stolen car is insured.
• Police are looking for thugs who attempted to steal a Krugersdorp woman’s car while parked in front of a residential property on Cason Road on August 25.
The woman told the police that she parked the car there and later returned to the spot to find the ignition tampered with and the car stereo being stolen.
• In Parkrand, on August 24, thieves stole a trailer from a residential property on Trichardts Road while the owner was away on holiday.
• A Witfield resident had her vehicle stolen while parked in a church yard in Cason on August 24.
• A Van Dyk Park resident had his employer’s white Nissan NP 200 bakkie stolen while parked in the parking lot at Cheers Pub and Grill in Parkdene on August 25.
