A 40-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 41-year-old man from Mapleton.
Dawn Park SAPS spokesperson Const Nkemeleng Mabula said the police received a complaint of murder on June 23, late in the afternoon.
“On arrival at the scene, the police found the man dead on the ground with stab wounds.”
Mabula said following a good investigation, they managed to track down the suspect who was found at a house in Vosloorus.
The suspect will appear in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court soon.
