CPF to hold a fund-raiser day

The event, organised by the CPF, will start at 9am and promises to be a fun day for the whole family.

The Cinderella/Parkdene CPF invites residents of both communities to a family fun day to be held at the Parkdene Park on March 30.

Its main objective is to raise money for the benefit of the communities.

Activities during the event include a dog show by the EMPD K9 Unit, Krav Maga pros will put on a demonstration of hijacking scenario, showing attendees how one can turn the tables on hijackers, exciting competitions, face painting, a jumping castle, stalls of all kinds of food, Zumba fitness dance and other activities.

During the event, the CPF will donate a panic button, sponsored by E-Track, to a 92-year-old resident.
