InterConnect invites the youth to #SayHerName
A group of young activists, known as InterConnect, will be hosting an event called #SayHerName, to raise awareness about domestic abuse in South Africa.
The aim of the interactive event is to create a platform for the youth to think critically and challenge themselves, and each other, to investigate the causes and potential solutions to the epidemic of intimate partner abuse.

InterConnect has been working with the Good Kids Mad City, a youth activism movement based in Chicago, USA.
#SayHerName will take place on Friday, December 14, from 10am to 1pm, at Tshipi Noto Hall, Etwatwa.
