Sanlam, in partnership with the Boksburg Correctional Services Centre, recently donated 105 school shoes to learners from the Windmill Park Primary school.
Vuyo Ningiza, from Sanlam (Boksburg), said: “The school was identified by officials from the Boksburg Correctional Services Centre as a disadvantaged school.
“The donation was part of Sanlam’s Corporate Social Investment projects to giving back to communities.
A total of 105 school shoes were donated by Sanlam to learners of the Windmill Park Primary School.
“We know that education is very important, so we wanted to make sure that learners are dignified when going to school.”
