Happy 95th birthday St Dominic School for Girls

St Dominic's school term also ended on August 4 with a solemn candle ceremony, symbolising the transfer of charge from the outgoing to the incoming executives.

Saint Dominic was a Castilian priest born in Spain and founder of the Dominican Order.

The following learners were elected as senior executives and committee leaders: Nompilo Mpanza (head girl),

Jayde Polley (deputy head girl, head of committees), Katya Berimbau (deputy head girl, head of house), Erin Bornman (deputy head girl, head of SRC), Kiara Lubbe (head of sport), Nokhanya Sangweni (head of hospitality),
