Enjoy a free wildlife talk with Boksburg Hiking Club

Past and upcoming hikes are discussed and the club regularly has guest speakers.

Boksburg Hiking Club invites the public to attend a free and informative presentation on wildlife on May 2.

Wildlife enthusiast Derrick Cochran will cover these and other exciting topics:

  • Nature conservation.
  • Bird watching and investigation.
  • Game drives.
  • Elephant encounters.
  • The bird whisperer.
  • The storyteller.
  • Animal behaviour.
  • How to read the bush.
  • The life and magic in trees.
  • Quality of life you deserve.
  • Making memories to treasure.

The talk takes place at the Atlas Bowling Club, corner Denel and Atlas roads, at 6pm.

* The Boksburg Hiking Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at Atlas Bowling Club. The meetings start with a bring and braai at 6pm (for those interested) and official proceedings kick off at 7pm.
