The Dawn Park SAPS arrested a 29-year-old man after he had a fight with his friend over a cellphone and stabbed him.
Constable Nkemeleng Mabula, from Dawn Park SAPS, said the complainant alleged he went to his friend, in Mapleton Plots, to pick up his cellphone which he claimed the friend had stolen.
“The suspect and the complainant started arguing and the suspect then stabbed the complainant several times,” Mabula said.
The suspect was detained at the Dawn Park SAPS and will appear at the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court soon.
