Volunteer to spray heads for Slipstreamers Cycling Club

For the past two years, the club has been the highest collectors of funds on the East Rand

The Sunward Park Slipstreamers Cycling Club is kicking into high gear for this year’s Cansa Shavathon.

Member Linda Dalla Venezia explained that the club supports Cansa events as its contribution to the community.

“We have been hosting a Shavathon for the past seven years and it has grown from strength to strength.

This year they’re aiming even higher and are hosting the event at the Sunward Lifestyle Centre on February 24, from 9am to 2pm.

The club is looking for volunteers to help them spray hair on the day and make this year their biggest and best event yet.

“We are very excited for Shavathon 2018 … now all we need are lots of willing pairs of hands to help us raise even more money than we did last year!” Linda said.

If you would like to help Sunward Park Slipstreamers as a volunteer at the Cansa Shavathon, contact Linda on 079 098 1147.
