WARNING: Friday morning traffic congestion as R21 is blocked

Motorists are urged to avoid the R21 this morning as a result of protest action.

Posts on Twitter indicate that the highway is blocked both ways near OR Tambo International Airport.

According to a post on Bonaero Bredell Pomona Community Watch’s group the R21 between Barbara and Jones roads are blocked by trucks in both directions
