Windmill Park Secondary learners arrested for drugs, live ammunition

Two suspects, aged 15 and 16, were arrested at Windmill Park Secondary School for possession of a live round of ammunition and drugs, respectively, on September 6.

The Dawn Park SAPS received a complaint from the school and upon arrival of the police at the school, the two suspects were pointed out and were immediately arrested.

According to Constable Nkemeleng Mabula, the two boys were charged at the Dawn Park SAPS.

“Because the boys are minors, we have released them into the custody of their parents. We warn other school learners to refrain from engaging themselves in criminal activities,” Mabula said.

The suspects are expected to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate’s court soon.
