WATCH: Collections for Knysna pours in as first trucks leave

On Wednesday morning, June 14, Boksburg Advertiser loaded another truck with your generous donations towards our Caxton #Knysna relief collection drive.

Among the donations were non-perishable food, pet food, clothing, blankets, cutlery, children’s toys, a pink bicycle for a toddler and much more.

Thank you for opening up your hearts.

 

Donations from schools, individuals, companies and organisations have been streaming in.

The last truck will be leaving for Knysna on Friday, June 16.

Please visit our office during working hours to make your donation before Friday. The offices are located at 20 Sydney Road, Ravenswood, Boksburg.

Here is a suggested list of items:
Tinned goods & can openers
Cutlery/crockery – paper cups/plates
Blankets
Bottled water
Diapers
Second-hand clothes, shoes
Sanitary pads/toiletries – toothbrushes, soap, etc.
Long life milk, cereal
Fruit
First aid supplies
Pet food
Baby formula
Old tents
