Donate dog jackets, blankets to local SPCA
With the evenings and nights now being cold, the Boksburg SPCA is asking for donations of any size dog jackets for the animals in their care.
These can be new or used, huge or tiny – they have all different sized dogs that will really benefit from having a warm coat placed onto them in preparation for the cold night ahead.
The SPCA office is open from 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and from 08.30am to noon on a Saturday to accept any donations.
Or, if you are unable to drop off the coat/s, they can collect from within the Boksburg jurisdiction.

• The Boksburg SPCA also wishes to thank everyone who has taken the time to collect and deliver plastic two-litre bottles and empty ice cream cartons to the society.
These have really boosted their supplies and they now have sufficient for the time being.
