According to the complainant, Alta Jacobs, the water is flowing from a premises down the road.
“The water has damaged the road severely, resulting in a dangerous pothole,” said Jacobs.
She has also reported the pothole.
Enquiring about her calls logged, she was allegedly told that it has already been closed.
“I had to report it again. It is unacceptable, as it has been ongoing for months,” said Jacobs.
The Advertiser is still awaiting a response from the Ekurhuleni metro.
