Their coaches, Martin Erwee (Automark Knight of the Year, from East Rand Toyota) and Rocky Marais accompanied the youngsters to the old age home on April 14.

“I wanted them to make a difference in the lives of the elderly at Huis Dien Bothma,” said Erwee.

“The people at Huis Dien Bothma loved the company of the Valkie rugby players; it was a fantastic experience to spend some time with the elderly, for us and the children.”
