Marking the importance of World Aids Day
Boksburg North SAPS celebrated World Aids Day with various other community roleplayers at the St Francis Care Centre, recently.
Guests, patients and staff sang and worshipped together and the children of the centre provided entertainment with song and dance performances.
Social workers and staff also made a meaningful contribution with motivational talks.
Tilly Brouwer, the centre manager, explained to everyone what the day was about and spoke about the theme, “World Aids Day: Getting to Zero”.
