TIME, Air Mauritius raise R7 160 for local SPCA

Travel Industry Meetings East Rand, together with Air Mauritius, recently hosted a year-end festive networking event at the Birchwood Hotel.

Guests were encouraged to bring a donation of food for their furry friends who are so often forgotten over the holiday season.

Air Mauritius sponsored two airline tickets to Mauritius to be raffled on the day, and Renier van der Schyff from Thrifty Car Rental was the lucky winner.

An amount of R7 160 was raised for the Boksburg SPCA and was handed over as part of their Christmas Cheer Fund.
