Positive turnout for the Boksburg SPCA fun walk
The Boksburg SPCA hosted a Women’s Day Fun Walk, at Boa Vida Café, on August 21.
The 4.5km fun walk proceeded from the café and after that it was all fun and games.
The Boksburg SPCA managed to raise R6 018 towards new equipment for its spay clinic.
Tammy Harding, member of the Boksburg SPCA executive committee, said they were pleased with the support of the public.
“The day was a huge success and we as the Boksburg SPCA team are incredibly grateful to Curves and Boa Vida Café for making the day possible and everyone who supported us,” Harding said.
The Boksburg SPCA also thanks Pros on Print, Flower Expressions, Corporate Style, Topshots, Dros Sunward Park and Village Car Wash.
