Goods valued at R126 000 stolen in five separate burglaries

Thieves have in one week burglarised four homes and one business in different areas falling under the Boksburg SAPS policing precinct.

All five properties were ransacked and had valuable goods stolen.

A Cinderella resident lost belongings worth R16 000, after thieves entered his home and stole his fishing equipment on February 17.

On February 17, thieves also forced their way into a Freeway Park home and stole a plasma TV set worth R4 900.

Meanwhile on February 16, thieves forced their way into a business in Commissioner Street, Boksburg CBD, and made off with cash and computer hardware worth R50 000.

On the same day, thieves also burglarised a home and stole goods worth R30 000, in Sunward Park. The stolen goods include a TV set, sound system, jewellery and other electronic goods.

Also in Sunward Park, on February 15, criminals entered a house and stole goods worth R25 000 while the owner was asleep.
