In the video the man is seen touching the motor and quickly removing his hand as if he had an electric shock.
The property owner, who wished to remain anonymous, believes the man was shocked by an electric fence securing the motor.
“It seems the man wanted to dismantle the motor gate in order to gain access to the property.”

The owner called on residents to be on the lookout for the individual.
“Be alert, these guys have no shame. If someone is seen tampering with gate motors in the area, please phone the sector vehicle and CPF,” said the owner.
The owner did not report the matter to the police, because she thought they wouldn’t do anything about it.
