Rotarians collect food for the less fortunate over Christmas holidays

The Boksburg Lake Rotary Club collected food parcels, recently, outside Spar, at The Square Shopping Centre.

Rotary’s Christmas food collection is aimed at helping feeding schemes to stock up over the fesive season.

Eleven bucket hampers and two trolleys of foodstuff were received within few hours.

“It was moving to see how little children and elderly citizens contributed food, so that even those who are needy will enjoy Christmas,” said Boksburg Lake club president, Michele Choromanski.
