Six injured in Trichardts Road accident

Six people were transported to hospital following a collision at the corner of Trichardts and Dudly Smith roads in Boksburg on October 3.

ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found a car and SUV with extensive damage.

There was chaos and several bystanders on scene.

Bodasing said some patients were found scattered while others were walking around on scene.

The patients were assessed.

“They were found to have sustained minor to moderate injuries,” she said.

They were treated and transported to hospital for further medical care.

The exact cause of the incident is unknown.

Authorities were on scene to investigate further.
