Police found Mokhethi Molapo’s body lying on the street in a pool of blood, in Extension Five, Ramaphosa, on November 3.
He had suffered stab wounds to his neck.
Detectives are investigating a case of murder and seek witnesses to help them solve the cold murder case.
“The local community is key to helping to solve the murder in Ramaphosa,” said Phathela.
”We are urging people to come forward and to share any piece of information related to the incident with us.”
