A man and a woman, believed to be in their 50's, were airlifted to hospital earlier on Sunday afternoon, July 5, following a collision.

The collision, between a bike and car, took place at the intersection of Paul Smith and Thirteenth Avenue.

According to Chitra Bodasing, spokesperson for ER24, when paramedics and other services arrived on scene they found the patients on the pavement a few metres away from the bike.
