Dawn Park resident admitted to Phakama Women’s Academy

Itumeleng Ndaba, a Dawn Park resident studying at the Vega School of Leadership, is one of the talented, intelligent and confident young woman who has been selected to participate in the Phakama Women’s Academy.

The academy is a VWV Group CSI initiative, which hopes to fast-track much needed workplace skills for soon to be graduates in the marketing or communications sector, particularly among women.

Part of the 2015 programme, she was selected for her commitment, passion and interest in developing herself outside of her academic career, in ways that will help her advance her career once she joins the workplace.

Ndaba also provided good grades, a great essay and interview, and the assurance that she will pay it forward (when it comes to sharing her knowledge).
