A total of three vehicles – two taxis and a sedan – were involved in the accident.
The extent of the injuries sustained is not yet known.
One of the taxis had passengers on board while the other was empty.
EMER-G-MED spokesperson Danielle Dooley said that the taxi with passengers skipped a traffic light and T-boned an empty taxi, which then hit the third vehicle.
