Atlasville: Another domestic worker tied up during house robbery

A domestic worker was held at gunpoint by three men, in Atlasville, around 11.30 on February 26.

The men, who jumped the wall of the premises, tied her up with cable ties.

According to the Boksburg North SAPS communication officer, Lieut Juanita Coetzer, the suspects used the worker’s remote control to open the safety gate of the property.

“Five other suspects then reversed their white GWM bakkie onto the premises,” said Coetzer.

The eight suspects fled the scene with jewelry, a laptop, a flat screen TV and clothing.

There were no shots fired and no one was injured.

No suspects have been arrested yet.
