Led by the political head of the Brakpan and Tsakane Democratic Alliance Constituency, Gordon Mackay, hundreds of people took to the streets of Van Dyk Park to march against crime, on October 18. The march set off at 10am, at the Van Dyk Park shopping centre and ended at the Kobus Durant Park.
