Lesego Ntsana (28) discovered the bag carrying the body at around 08:25am.
“I saw the bag while buying vetkoeks from the lady on the corner, and it looked suspicious. Everyone was afraid to open the bag, and I took a stick and opened it. That’s when I saw blood and a head.
“There were also bloodied sanitary towels,” says Ntsana.
Ntsana says she would just like the culprit to be found so she can pay.
Boksburg Police spokesperson Lieut Mathanda Ngobese says police are still investigating the incident and urges the public to come forward with any information that can assist.
Ngobese says the mother can only be charged with concealment of birth and not murder, as there is no proof that the foetus was born alive.

This woman/girl must be sick in her head! i lost 2 of my own and to do something like this.? F*ck prison time, bring back death penalty! i go for dialysis 3 times a week and when i finished today, guess what i saw? How are you going to live with yourself knowing what you did?!
There is so many people out there not able to have children. Why do something like this?? Rather take the baby to a hospital, police station or social worker who can help that child have a great home. I understand that they are not sure if the child was alive, but this person could have taken the baby inside the hospital and asked for help. This is cruel!!!!!!
