Adams celebrates birthday
Over the past 79 years, Adams Discount Centre has established itself as a household name and will, this year, be celebrating its success at its stores from May 24.
One of the local Adam stores, at Palms Value Centre, will also be celebrating its first birthday with a fun day.
Not only will customers be treated to specials, but the day will be celebrated with a host of activities for adults and children alike.
There will be a live outside broadcast from a community radio station.
The children’s activities will take place from 11am to 2pm. These include face painters, balloon twisters, stilt walkers and delicious birthday cup cakes.
In true South African style, the first 100 customers who visit the store, will also receive a free boerewors roll with their purchase.
