Elections 2014: Angelo voters hope for change (2)

Thousands of people in Angelo informal settlement lined up to cast their votes on May 7. By 7am, all of the stations in the settlement were running. Voting was proceeding smoothly, peacefully, and briskly. Voters hope that their votes will lead to change, and bring better service delivery to our area.
