The two-hour-long meeting will be held at the Boksburg Sport Stadium, in Jubilee Road, on March 22, at 2pm.
Community crime prevention and reduction strategies would be high on the agenda at the meeting, which will be attended by residents, representatives from the SAPS, CPF and other stakeholders.
The meeting will also provide residents with an opportunity to interact with their Boksburg SAPS station commander Biggs Govender, as well as the sector commander, WO Maxwell Dlamini.
“Together we, the community, and SAPS, can make a difference. The days of looking on in apathy have long gone. We, the community, have to do our part in assisting SAPS to prevent crime,” says Jacqui Jordaan, a member of the Boksburg South CPF.
“Help us take back our community and eradicate crime,” she says.
