Top five achiever from Sunward Park High, Nikisha Baijan, is amongst 230 matriculants, who were awarded with bursaries to the value of R5.7-million during the mayoral Academic Excellence Awards held at Emperors Palace, on Wednesday, January 29.
The class of 2013 bursaries were awarded by Ekurhuleni mayor Clr Mondli Gungubele.
The bursary recipients also received R500 worth of book vouchers.
