According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, two people were with the man on the pavement.
“Witnesses said they saw how a woman and man were hitting the victim with rocks and the woman stabbed him with a knife.
“Two members of the Boksburg North SAPS arrived at the scene where the victim was declared dead.”
She adds that the two officers enquired around and found the suspects after investigation.
“The same morning the police officers arrested the suspects and the case is under investigation.”
The motive has yet to be determined.
