Bail conditions changed to allow ‘noisy’ sex

Gareth de Nysschen, who had effectively been under house arrest in Boksburg, had his bail conditions altered to allow him to have "noisy" sex with his girlfriend.

On October 14, de Nysschen petitioned the Lenasia Magistrates Court to have his bail conditions changed to allow him to move in with his girlfriend, in Bedfordview, so that he could have a normal sexual relationship with her.

De Nysschen said that this was prevented, as they had a lack of privacy due to the fact that his girlfriend was “a screamer”.

On October 21, Magistrate Syfred Mati decided that the accused was entitled to his privacy.

De Nysschen is facing charges of dealing in stolen military ammunition.

The charges related to more than 200 000 rounds of military ammunition, allegedly stolen from 21 Infantry Battalion in Lenasia.
