The bakkie was stolen at a Boksburg mall, with police, CPF and Netstar members tracking the car’s signal to Crystal Park, in Warbler Street.
Police also seized suspected stolen electronic goods at the property, including DVD players, computer boxes and appliances, plasma TVs and speakers, amongst others.
Police did not make any arrests, but the local detective branch is following up on information with arrests expected soon.
