Chain of Hope asks for monetary donations during lockdown

Donations would make a big difference and help them to buy food for clients.

Chain of Hope is urgently in need of the community’s support following President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that South Africa will face a 21-day lockdown to tackle the spread of the new coronavirus (Covid-19).

The local NPO is determined to continue to provide an essential service to those who need it the most, like the elderly and children’s homes.

Rose-Marie Herbst from Chain of Hope explained that they would appreciate any financial contribution during this difficult time.

“These people still need food during the lockdown and there are even babies in need of Purity and formula milk. There really is a massive need in our community and some people rely on donations,” Rose-Marie said.

Anybody who would like to contribute may contact Rose-Marie on 076 413 8093.
