The bail application of boxing bad boy Thomas Oosthuizen accused of assaulting another man at a pub has been postponed.
Oosthuizen was set to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday, but the matter was postponed and he was sent back to custody.
He is expected to return to court for the formal bail application today.
The boxer was recently arrested on charges of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and is being held under police custody at the Boksburg prison.
According to Boksburg police, the pugilist was nabbed at the Boksburg court last week Monday where he was meant to appear on child maintenance charges.
But because of his arrest, he was given a new date to appear for the child maintenance charges.
