The Boksburg Advertiser is aware of a shooting incident that happened in Windmill Park on February 17.
According to information gathered, a police officer, who was stationed at the Vosloorus SAPS, allegedly shot his wife before turning the gun on himself.
It is alleged that the couple both died on scene.
The Advertiser is waiting for more information from national police.
* Meanwhile, in another incident, a police officer who was working at the Heidelberg police station allegedly shot his 31-year-old girlfriend at a tavern in Sotho Section, Vosloorus, on February 8.
It is alleged that the couple had an argument over a cellphone belonging to the police officer.
