The Boksburg police have recently arrested an alleged drug dealer believed to be selling dagga, even to local schoolchildren.
Members from the Boksburg Police Station received information on the man said to be operating his illegal business from the taxi rank on Leeuwpoort Street, Boksburg CBD.
They carried out an observation before pouncing on the suspect, who they found with a plastic bag full of dagga on November 9.
Officers involved said they could smell the dagga from a distance. His weed was confiscated.
He was scheduled to appear in the Boksburg Magistrate’s Court soon.
