Two nabbed for being in possession of stolen goods

Two suspects aged 32 and 33 have been arrested for possession of suspected stolen property in Phefumula Street, Windmill Park, on July 10.

The Dawn Park SAPS crime prevention officers received a tip-off from the community about suspicious goods.

Const Nkemeleng Mabula, Dawn Park SAPS spokesperson, said: “Police officers responded quickly to that given address and upon searching, they found chairs, speakers, a microphone amplifier and two television stands.

“The suspects apparently failed to give out clear explanation of how they got these items and were then arrested,” Mabula said.
