CMA bikers’ church still going strong in Boksburg

According to the CMA, they are a ministry that understands what makes bikers of all creeds, races and kinds tick.

The CMA Bikers Church Joburg, which meets in Boksburg, is still going strong after being established several years ago.

The church is one of the 15 Christian Motorcycle Association’s (CMA) bikers churches in South Africa.

CMA regards itself as a ministry with a vision to reach one of the most unreached groups on the planet – the motorcyclists, or bikers as some call them. Motorcyclists are often labelled as rebels, nonconformists, lawless, dare devils and adventure seekers.

CMA is currently represented in more than 30 countries across the globe, catering for men and women who come from all walks of life.

Their vision is to raise up and equip a team of Christian motorcyclists that will be highly visible and credible as they reach out on the highways and byways in compassion without compromise.

The association also sees leadership training and development of its people as a key to being effective, thus they have several training programmes to equip volunteers for service.

Run for the Son is an event CMA runs annually to raise funds, enabling them to be financially stable.

The Joburg church meets at the Trinity Community Chapel, Cresta Road, Sunward Park.

The Sunday church services starts at 7.45am, and on Tuesdays they hold several training courses to empower members to help build in the Kingdom of God.
