Tammy Taylor Mrs SA semi-finalists inspire local schoolgirls
The matric girls from Reiger Park Secondary will also be able to hire dresses from Princess Connection, free of charge. They also have the option to wear and keep dresses that were donated by Tibbles, Erasmus, Young and Senatore.
Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa semi-finalists 2019 empowered matric girls from Reiger Park Secondary School recently by giving them a special talk and goody bags with toiletries and necessities at the school.
This day was made possible by Women4Women, an NGO focused on female empowerment and community upliftment that was founded by former Miss South Africa Cindy Nell.
Dominique Tibbles (team leader), Carla Young, Chantel Erasmus, Davina Moodley, Despina Senatore, Kholo Mutavhatsindi and Lebogang Nakana were the semi-finalists who each gave an inspirational speech.

Drugs, contraception, the working world, social media, grooming and life skills were some of the topics that were covered by the semi-finalists to educate the girls and to help them prepare for the adult world.
A special matric farewell dress was given to the lucky Michelle Readers, compliments of Chickita’s Fashion Boutique, Benoni, and Moodley.
Moodley wore the dress to Princess Charlene’s Royal Race at the Turffontein Racecourse.
“It was a difficult decision to make as I also had to keep the height and weight of the girl in mind.
“I’m grateful that Chickita’s gave me the opportunity to make a girl’s night special,” said Davina.
Learners received and decorated raw eggs and will be taking care of them for the next month. The girl who takes the best care of her decorated egg will receive movie tickets for two with a popcorn and Coke.
