According to Lieut Juanita Coetzer, communications officer for the Boksburg North SAPS, the two SAPS members allegedly left ahead of the drug operation team to warn suspected drug dealers and the establishments visited by the team on July 5.
“The police officers were caught on CCTV, and identified as members of the Boksburg North SAPS.
“The case is at departmental level, and the officers will possibly face corruption charges as well,” says Coetzer.
